Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency pickup to homes, veterinary clinics, and emergency hospitals across Miami-Dade and Broward. After pickup, your companion is logged into our PTID system so you always know where they are in the process.

What is the difference between Private and Communal options?

Private cremation: Your companion is cared for individually and ashes are returned to your family. Individual cremation: Similar separation standards, with differences by provider policy. Communal cremation: Multiple companions are cared for together and ashes are not returned. This is a respectful, lower-cost option for families who do not wish to keep ashes.
